4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

If such an error results in an overpayment or excess winnings being credited to your account, we reserve the right to deduct the excess amount from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, you agree to return the outstanding amount upon request.

9.2 Loss Limitations

• ○ Spartans is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data breaches) arising from Service use.

10. Forfeiture of Winnings and Account Balance Adjustments

The Operator reserves the right to void bets, deduct winnings, adjust account balances, or close accounts in the event of:

• ○ Fraud or Cheating: Including but not limited to collusion, use of bots or automated software, account takeover, or any attempt to manipulate betting systems.
• ○ Bonus Abuse: Such as multiple account use, matched betting, or other misuse of promotional offers, where winnings derived from such activity may be forfeited.
• ○ Breach of Account Rules: Including false registration details, contact details, use of VPNs or proxies to access from restricted jurisdictions, or underage gambling.
• ○ Payment Fraud: Including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or other fraudulent transactions. In such cases, winnings may be forfeited and funds recovered.
• ○ Palpable Errors (Obvious Mistakes): Where bets are accepted at incorrect odds or due to obvious errors, the Operator may void or settle bets at the correct market odds.
• ○ Technical Malfunctions: Including software or system errors resulting in incorrect payouts or balance miscalculations.
• ○ Low-Risk Betting, Irregular Play & Multiple Accounts: All wagers must involve genuine risk. Systematic or risk-free betting strategies (such as covering most outcomes in Roulette or betting both Player and Banker in Baccarat) are not permitted. The use of multiple accounts — even where accounts are not technically flagged as duplicates — to carry out such strategies or irregular play is strictly prohibited. If clear patterns of this activity are identified, the Company may cancel related winnings and take appropriate action on the account(s). Normal recreational play is not affected.
  

The Operator may withhold funds while investigating suspicious activity. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, winnings may be confiscated accordingly.

The Operator will use all reasonable efforts to complete investigations within 14 days. In complex cases, the process may take up to 30 days. Players will be notified of the status of their investigation and informed of any delays.All decisions made by the Operator regarding fraud, abuse, errors, or malfunctions are final and binding.
